Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. supports and sponsors a variety of science programs in our community. Additionally, we offer paid summer internships designed to attract talented students from diverse backgrounds into a variety of project-based temporary assignments.
Our Summer Intern Program is designed to give college students an opportunity to complement their formal education with practical career-related work experience. While many of our summer positions exist in life sciences disciplines, we also offer assignments for students in other areas of our business, such as regulatory affairs, operations, legal and contracts.
Students are placed into assignments which compliment their university curriculum with hands-on experience. This program offers students an opportunity to work side-by-side with our employees to provide opportunities for skill-building, guidance and informal mentoring.

High School Internship Program
Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. sponsors a science research summer internship program to encourage talented high school students to pursue careers in science.
Progenics' program is based on a mentor-student relationship, where the student and mentor work together to develop a short-term, well-focused research project with an educational benefit to the student. The Progenics' High School Science Research Internship Program is a collaboration between a recognized school-based Science Research Program and the Company.
The High School Science Research Internship Program at Progenics is directed by the Research and Development department and is focused primarily on virology and oncology therapies. Mentors at the Company are Ph.Ds or other senior level scientists with many years of experience. Progenics mentors identify research projects from a well-established program within the organization in advance of applications being accepted. While Progenics recognizes that most students will have a desire to present their research projects at their schools and in local, regional, and international science fairs, all materials for these fairs (i.e., abstracts, written reports and oral or written presentations) are subject to Progenics' Publications Committee review.
