Hepatitis C Entry Inhibitor Research
We are engaged in a research program to discover treatments that block entry of the hepatitis C virus into cells. Hepatitis C is a major cause of chronic liver disease.
In July 2005, we were awarded a grant from the NIH, which provides for up to $3.0 million in support for our hepatitis C virus research program, to be awarded over a three year period.
