Collaborative Marketing and Development Agreements
Salix Pharmaceuticals, Ltd.
Progenics exclusively licensed Salix Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. to continue developing and commercializing RELISTOR® in markets worldwide other than Japan. The Salix License Agreement entitles us to upfront, milestone and sales related (royalty and revenue sharing) payments. In addition, Progenics receives 60% of any upfront, milestone, reimbursement or other revenue Salix receives from sublicensees outside the U.S. Salix funds all development, registration and commercialization activities for RELISTOR in markets worldwide other than in Japan.
In Japan, Progenics has licensed rights to the subcutaneous formulation of RELISTOR to Ono. Progenics is entitled to receive royalties and milestone payments from Ono for the development and commercialization of subcutaneous RELISTOR in Japan.
Licensing Agreements
Seattle Genetics, Inc.We have licensed Seattle Genetics, Inc. a proprietary antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) technology to link drugs to monoclonal antibodies that target PSMA.
We are responsible for research, product development, manufacturing and commercialization of all products, as well as milestones and royalty payments to Seattle Genetics.
