Medical
The Company provides three managed-care POS (Point-of-Service) medical plans from which to choose. You may obtain services from any provider you wish without a referral. Your out-of-pocket expenses will differ depending on whether you obtain services in-network or out-of-network.
Vision -
The VSP Signature Plan is designed to promote wellness through a comprehensive managed eye care program. You may use the vision benefit once every 12 months based on a calendar year. VSP has a network of participating optometrists and ophthalmologists.
Dental
Dental benefits are obtained from participating dentists and benefits are based on discounted fees. If you use out-of-network providers, the costs are based on usual, customary and reasonable (UCR) fees determined by our dental provider for your geographical area.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
If you or a family member need assistance with balancing life's demands, have difficulty with children, or require help with personal or financial management, you can contact the Progenics Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP is a confidential counseling service that offers voluntary and confidential services to assist in resolving problems that may be interfering with your professional and/or personal life.
Income Protection Benefits
Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment - Provides 1X salary up to $50,000.
Supplemental Life Insurance (self, spouse & dependants) - Up to 5X salary to a maximum of $500,000. Dependent Life Insurance is also available.
Short-term disability - STD benefits are equal to 60% of weekly salary or $1,000, whichever is less, for a maximum benefit period of 13 weeks.
Supplemental short-term disability buy-up program - STD "buy-up" provides an additional 10% added to the STD base for a total of 70% coverage. The maximum benefit is $1,500 per week for up to 13 weeks.
Long-term disability - LTD benefits begin after 90 days of disability and are equivalent to 60% of basic earnings up to a maximum of $10,000 per month.
Tax-Savings Benefits
401(k) Savings Plan - Our tax-deferred 401(k) Plan offers you many advantages over a typical savings account. The 401(k) Plan allows you to save money that is tax-deferred. You can elect to defer up to 92% of your pretax income. The Company matches 50% of your annual contributions if they are between 5% and 8% of your eligible compensation.
Flexible Spending Accounts - The Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), also known as the cafeteria plan, allows you to pay certain qualifying expenses with pre-tax dollars. Because deductions for these expenses are subtracted from your gross pay, your taxable income is reduced, less taxes are withheld, and your take-home pay may increase.
Healthcare - The healthcare portion of the cafeteria plan allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for qualifying out-of pocket medical, dental, vision and prescription drug expenses (including certain over-the-counter drugs), co-pays for yourself or your dependents to a maximum of $10,200 per plan year. Expenses for dependents who are not covered through the healthplan may also qualify for reimbursement.
Dependent Care This plan allows for pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible dependent care expenses up to a maximum of $5,000 per plan year. This includes childcare, elder care, or other eligible dependent care expenses.
Stock Incentive Plans
Quarterly Stock Bonus Program (ESPP) - Progenics full-time employees are automatically eligible to participate in the Quarterly Stock Bonus Program provided they have earned a full quarter of compensation, which is used to calculate the Option Value. The program occurs on a quarterly basis and grants employees the right to purchase stock at a discount to market.
Non-Qualified Stock Options - Non-qualified Stock Option grants give you the right to purchase shares of PGNX stock, generally at the current market price at time of grant.. Typically, there is a vesting schedule for stock options.
Restricted Stock - Restricted Stock may be granted at the current market price per share at time of grant. Typically, there is a vesting schedule for restricted stock.
Time-Off and Work Schedules
Paid Time Off - Progenics offers PTO on a calendar year basis to allow for vacation, personal matters, and sick leave. PTO is accrued on a monthly basis and you earn 20 days PTO in your 1st and 2nd years of employment and one day for each year thereafter in years 3 through 7.
Paid Holidays - Progenics typically designates 10 Company-paid holidays per calendar year. In addition, you may be eligible for one paid floating holiday if applicable and if you started employment prior to July 1st in the year you were hired.
Flex-time Schedules - In order to provide work-life balance and flexibility to address different needs of our workforce, there are five schedules that employees may work, with the approval of their manager and functional VP.

Job Opportunities Posting Program - Progenics supports career development for our employees and through our JOPP, posts open positions as they become available.
Tuition Reimbursement - Tuition reimbursement is provided for approved job-related courses when you receive a grade of 'C' or better. Employees must be an active employee for 6 months and be in good standing.
Seminar Reimbursement - 100% seminar reimbursement is provided for job-related topics with approval. You must be an active employee for at least 90 days prior to the seminar request and be in good standing.
In-House Training - Progenics offers in-house training programs on a variety of topics to support the professional development of our employees.
Recognition & Rewards Programs
VIP Special Recognition Award Program - The rewards program (VIP) awards cash or Paid-Time-Off to regular full-time and part-time employees. The award can range from $500 to $2,500 or one paid-day-off, depending on the nature and scope of the employee's achievement or contribution.
Service Awards The Service Award Program is designed to reward employee commitment and loyalty by recognizing anniversary milestones at 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20 years, etc.
"You Make A Difference"- Informal Recognition Award Program Allows managers to provide immediate recognition to employees who have demonstrated exceptional accomplishments or who exhibit the behaviors reflecting our core values. These spot awards can range from $25 - $100.
